Typically you will need a website and not a storefront if what you have on your site can be viewed or purchased without an on site calculation. Normally if you have 5 or more products that can be sold individually or together you will want a storefront for your business and not just a website. A storefront situation creates a buy now or checkout situation for your customers for multiple sales of one or more items.

Basic types of situations in which you would want a fully developed website (Not a storefront):
- You want a brochure type website where website visitors can contact you about listed products/services
- You sell a single service or you package your services into ten or less options
- You sell a single product or you package your products into ten or less options
- You want to gather information about visitors for surveys, custom quotes, newsletter sign-up, etc.
- Informational websites that are intended for reading and interaction
- News Related websites where articles are displayed
- Photo Gallery related where the primary purpose is to show photos.
- Personal website
- Membership websites where only a few options apply to each person.

Yes, you may. If you would like to host elsewhere, we will need to know who with to make sure their system is compatible before we upload. Most professional hosting companies can accommodate what we require. If the hosting is a concern for you or you need to use your own server, we recommend that you obtain a specifications list before purchase. You will be required to have a compatible web host or use our hosting services to qualify for our content management system CMS.

Yes, we can. We can turn your template into a fully functional website. Flash templates may require an additional fee. Please inquire before purchase.

Content includes the text and images in the body of the website. It does not include the framework that surrounds it which would appear on every page such as header graphics, navigation (buttons), etc. Our Content Management System allows you to modify your own content. Our Advanced Content Management System would allow modification of the navigation buttons.

We will upload everything needed to your host or ours. We will make sure that everything is working as promised. We also offer a CD that can be used to restore your website or move your website to a different server. Also on the CD are all original files that were used to create the website including html pages, php pages, photoshop files, logo files, etc. You are free to use all of our original art work on any project you desire.If requested along with initial purchase, the CD is $5.00. Replacement CDs or CDs requested more than 30 days after delivery to the host are $40.00. 

If you do not need or want the content management system, we can issue the site to you utilizing the most basic of all web programming languages: HTML. You will be able to edit your site in almost any wysiwyg or text editor. We need you to tell us at the beginning of the project that you want your site delivered in HTML, otherwise it will be delivered in php with a mySQL database.

While we recommend our full-featured professional shopping cart solution to our clients, we can set up a PayPal shopping cart for you upon request. Our professional cart connects to the PayPal payment gateway, so 99% of our clients have actually opted for the professional cart.

You will not need any additional software or need to read any books in order to operate your Shopping Cart or Content Management System site from us. Everything you need will be delivered to your host and to your email. We make getting started super easy.

Just before site launch, we will send you a Quick Start Guide (about 3-5 pages) walking you through everything you would need to know about how to use the site's admin control panel. We also offer our basic Quick Start Guides in the KnowledgeBase. If you need additional help after that, we offer 1 hour of FREE phone tech support to jump start the management process of your website where we will take you through an actual tour of using your site and answer any questions that you have while we are on the phone together. This tech support can be used to help you in the management process of your site only. The control panel is very straightforward and easy to use, but the extra help is available should you need it. If you need additional hours or help with other technical issues your company faces, we charge nominal maintenance fees.

We offer website maintenance help to all of our clients. You can always call on us to help you with your site. If you host with us and hire us to help you with your site, the cost per hour is only $35.00 with a one hour minimum. If you do not host with us, the cost per hour is only $75.00 with a one hour minimum.
