STEP 1: GETTING STARTED - Tell us that you want us to build your website by purchasing this website package. Upon your payment, we will promptly send you a link to our website information submission area. This area is used to get us started working on your website. Add-ons will be billed separately from this website package, or if desired, you can add them on during your checkout process.
STEP 2: PROVIDE US WITH INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PROJECT - Our easy-to-use information submission area will help guide you through the process of submitting the information we need to complete your project. You will be asked a series of simple questions and be given an opportunity to upload files directly to us. The majority of our clients feel we have made the process of submitting information very fast and easy. However, if you need assistance, we will make time available to help you during this step and throughout the entire process of building your website. We will make ourselves available by email and phone as needed. In addition to using our form to submit information to us, we also accept additional materials (i.e. photos, logos, scripts, etc.) via email, fax, or even through the mail. You can also let us know whether you want flash animation, e-commerce, or any other special requests that may not have been "added on" during the initial purchase.
STEP 3: ACERA REVIEW - Once you submit the form and materials in Step 2, we will start our review process of what you have sent. We'll make sure that we have everything needed to complete the basic structure of the site and that we are set with everything we need for delivery. We will communicate with you through email or phone as needed to gain clarification on details you have submitted and to inform you of any missing information. Once we have merged the graphics and structure and attached the CMS/configured the storefront, we will create the layout(s) necessary for your site and insert the content you have provided. At this point we upload all the files for your website to your server and fully test all parts of your website to ensure that everything is working properly. (The entire process of step 4 normally takes 15 business days or less.)
STEP 5: CUSTOMER REVIEW - We will then send you an email providing you with full access and login information to your website along with a links to our quick start guide and/or videos on how to use the CMS. You will be able to review your website on your domain and begin using the Content Management System immediately. We believe you will LOVE your new website. We allow up to 30 days for you to give us feedback about the website and request any changes that might need to take place. In our experience, most customers will not have revisions to request because of the time we take in Step 2 to understand your project and also because most requested changes can actually be handled in the easy-to-use CMS. However, if you have any revisions to submit that cannot be handled in the CMS, we require that you submit them in 1 email as one set of changes within 30 days of the receipt of your website. We respond very quickly to all revision requests and will normally conduct requested revisions within two days of receipt.

Do I need a Website or a Storefront?
Typically you will need a website and not a storefront if what you have on your site can be viewed or purchased without an on-site calculation. Normally if you have 5 or more products that can be sold individually or together you will want a storefront for your business and not just a website. A storefront situation creates a buy now or checkout situation for your customers for multiple sales of one or more items.

Basic types of situations in which you would want a fully developed standard website (Not a storefront):
- You want a brochure type website where website visitors can contact you about listed products/services.
- You sell a single service or you package your services into ten or less options.
- You sell a single product or you package your products into ten or less options.
- You want to gather information about visitors for surveys, custom quotes, newsletter sign-up, etc.
- Informational websites that are intended for reading and interaction
- News-related websites where articles are displayed

How do you deliver the website you make for me?

Can I use the PayPal shopping cart rather than your professional cart?

Do I need a merchant account to have a storefront or can I use my PayPal account?

I need to have x number of additional pages in my website. Can that be arranged?

Yes, the additional cost per page is listed at the top of this Ad. To order additional pages, please note how many additional pages you will require in our information submission area sent to you after the purchase of this website package. We will bill most add-ons after the initial sale. If you prefer to pay all at once, please request an invoice.
How long will it take to receive my completed website/to have the site delivered to my host?
We make every attempt to deliver your website to you within 15 business days or less from the date we receive your complete information as long as we can do so without compromising quality. Some add-ons including Flash and advanced database development may require additional time. We will let you know if any extended time will apply to your project.
Will you build an adult site/pornography site/gambling site for me?
No, we do not develop these types of websites. Please do not purchase if that is the intent of your website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any project for any reason whatsoever.

Can you build a site that offers translations in more than one language such as English, Spanish, French, Greek?

Yes, we can build your new website to display in multiple languages and even give you the ability to manage it in your CMS. If you have the ability to do the translation, we can help you with the rest. There are extra costs involved in building a multi-language website, hence, you will be billed appropriately for the additional pages that you will need as well as the design time needed. Prices vary depending on whether you purchase a standard site, standard with CMS, or a storefront.

Are your websites search engine optimized? Do you do SEO?
Our sites come equipped with basic search engine optimization. Our standard websites with CMS allow you to modify your browser title, keywords, and description for each page. Our storefronts allow you to enter site-wide browser title, keywords, and description. We offer more extensive search engine optimization services for standard sites and storefronts as well. Please inquire for a quote.
Will I have complete copyright ownership of the site upon delivery?
You will own rights to use the entire website itself in any way that you desire and for as long as you desire, but we also retain the same rights and co-ownership of the code and graphics that we create. We ask that resellers contact us about multiple website purchase discounts and other ownership possibilities.
Will the site be a Joomla site?
No, we have our own content management system (CMS) that we have found to be more stable, more flexible, and easier to use than the Joomla/Mambo system.
I want to sell x on my website and be able to change out pictures, descriptions, and prices myself. Can I do that with your storefront?
Definitely! Our storefront makes it extremely easy to maintain your own online store and change out pictures, descriptions, prices, and more.
I already have a domain name. Can I use it?
Certainly. We can use a domain you have already registered, or, if you host with us, we can register a new domain for you for free.
What do you charge to move my new site to a new host?
We will install the site purchased in this website package on a single domain on whichever host you desire regardless of how long you have had the account. If you currently have a website and would like to switch to our web hosting and have your site available while we are working on your new website, we will move it for free as long as it is a simple transfer. It needs to be a straight file transfer with no programming needed for the change to take place. All other transfers we conduct would be billed at our regular rates.
Do I pay for the site once it is complete?
No, we require 100% payment up front for all websites under $10,000.00.
Can you build me a site with a CMS that has unlimited pages?
Yes. With our Advanced Content Management System you can add//modify/delete pages from your website as you wish. Please inquire for a quote.
Do I need an SSL certificate for my website?
This completely depends on what type of site we build for you and how you conduct business transactions. In general, your site will NOT NEED an SSL certificate because the security provided by the shared certificate of the web host is normally more than adequate. We will let you know as you describe your project to us if you will need to purchase an SSL certificate or not. We provide full installation and registration services needed for full security of any type of website.
Do you put your name/link in the footer of the website?
Yes, we typically place a small created by link in a small font in the footer of the website and near your company copyright. We rely tremendously on word-of-mouth advertising from our happy customers and appreciate your support.

There are no shipping fees for direct delivery to a hosting account. Upon your request within 60 days of purchase we will also send you a back-up CD/DVD of your website and all files used to create your website for the price of materials, organization, and shipping.

Time Frame: We will review all materials sent to us within 24-48 hours. We work as efficiently as possible to deliver great results in as little time as possible. If we have everything we need to get started, your website under normal circumstances will be ready for your review within 15 business days from the date we receive your materials. Within moments of receiving your approval of the website we will make the site completely available for your use on your domain.
